Bad Gal RiRi came out in full force in the Discount Universe dress emblazoned with the words You Will Never Own Me, a not-so-subtle nod to her devil-may-care approach to life, and fashion. Despite the phrasing, the sizzling, embellished dress was one of the singer’s more covered-up looks, featuring a high neckline and to-the-ankle hem. Clearly, the only thing under RiRi’s umbrella is statement-making style.
