Starters for the 63rd NBA All-Star game to be played Feb. 16 (5 p.m. on TNT) at New Orleans Arena. Starters were elected by fans. Reserves will be selected by the league's coaches and announced Thursday. Injury replacements will be selected by Adam Silver after he takes over as
