MUSIC: Drake And Skepta Remix Wiz Kid's Hit Ojuelegba

It doesn’t matter what you say about Wiz Kid, the young man is steady breaking grounds with his music.Here’s yet another proof, Over the weekend, Drake treated us to a remix of the Afro Pop singer’s hit, ‘Ojuelegba’; a song that premiered on the OVO Apple Music Radio Show. The remix had the Nigerian social media space buzzing all through as fans expressed their varied opinions. The song also has inputs from UK rapper, Skepta,
and it is many shades of a hit record. From the 01:44 mark, Drake signals us that he is for real as he starts with the chorus, and then into full rap.‘It’s gonna be a long, long time before we stop
‘Boy they better know, they better know who make the scene pop’ ‘All I ever wanted was a chance to make the team hot…’, he raps, making a tuneful one off the song. Skepta is present on this too, present in that his delivery on this is masterful. 
Wiz Kid dropped Ojuelegba in late 2014, and it received critical acclaim and buzz in the local industry as well as internationally. It was the fifth song on his AYO album. Before now, the song had been remixed by Ghanaian rapper, Sarkodie.
